Wisdom Tooth | Typographical Poster
This project that began in early August was based around the idea of designing a typographical poster that would help create a literal-narrative of the way wisdom teeth naturally push through gums, as well as affecting the others around them, by the way of a visual style that combines minimalism and simplicity together.

As you will see, the final outcome consists of the word “Wisdom” being displayed like a row of teeth, with the letter “W” acting as the wisdom tooth itself, alongside the letters “I” and “S” acting as the first set to become impacted during eruption. Other details include bloodstains and splats, as well as a shine effect coming off one of the non-impacted teeth at the other end of the set.

To help push the overall depth of design that little bit further, I decided to include lighting gradients alongside a grain texture in order to help push away from a look that I felt would appear far too flat, and way too polished for my own personal liking.

So, be sure to tell me what you think in the comment section below!
