I have conducted over 30 one to one usability testing sessions on various product prototypes and taken notes at many sessions. Both face to face testing and remote testing using online conferencing. Testing has also been with international users in Holland, Germany and Australia.

 

I am competent at designing tasks and discussion guides. Setting up screeners for recruitment and arranging user testing.

 

We ran a few sessions to map out workflows with lawyers on processes that they commonly do in their jobs. The sessions took place in a group format, I worked individually with lawyers at these sessions. The aim was to fully understand the inputs and the outputs for each of the tasks in the process and validate these with other lawyers. Sessions were held at Serco labs.
