WONA was born from the idea of changing a Nespresso coffee machine into another thing, but with the same utility. Looks for something more than waking up the senses, but to discover the essences that hide in the conventional capsules.

It's a gastronomic experience where intervene contrasting textures and flavors, which enrich the ritual of drinking coffee.

The dish is composed by five elements: milk esferifications, caramel wires, Wona, dark chocolate circle, and warm water.
