FLOWLAMP
TERM : Fall 2012
COURSE : Architecture Modelling
INSTRUCTOR : Francois Leblanc
DESCRIPTION : After studying the deformity of fluids and its laws of conservation, our form finding
inspiration and methodology was the representation of fluid dynamics. Using RealFlow™, particle-based
simulation software, we conveyed our design through the medium of computing. Enthused by the
momentum and energy of fluids and its infinite forms, we reconciled these iterations and designed
FlowLamp. Capable of standing upright, wall mounting, or simply resting on a table, the FlowLamp is an
elegant accent.
