The brief was to create a cover design to suit the 2020 Brighton Fringe Festival theme of 'Dive In'. The cover design would become the core branding for 2020 and be translated across all marketing materials. It needed to excite, entertain and engage whilst reflecting the high energy, inclusive nature of the Fringe.
I wanted to create a fun, exciting drawing with lots of elements to draw on for the 2020 branding if chosen, which would include event category icons and further illustrations for use throughout the brochure.
