Paper airplane invitation and envelope for Blue & Gold Cub Scout Banquet

I had the opportunity to volunteer as Cub Master for my local Cub Scout Pack for a year.  The theme for the Blue & Gold Banquet was "Passport to Other Lands".  I wanted a special invitation to set this event apart and get all the boys and their families to come.  I know that children like hands-on items they can play with, so I decided to create a fun paper airplane that contains the pertinent information, but can also be played with afterward.
