No Change in the Weather
How/why did you decide to become part of a live play?
What introduced you to the scene (acting, stage acting, etc)?
Is there anything you can think of to show us? A bit of a scene, music (if instrumentalists)
How would you say that stage acting is different from acting on a set?
How is working on "No change in the weather" different from working on films/other stage plays?

Mark Whelan, Kelly-Ann Evans, Paul Rowe, Brooke Adams, Kelly Russell, and Tamsyn Russell were the cast/crew that came to Sisler. Kelly has been playing the violin/fiddle for over 40+ years, Mark has been involved in films like "Pompeii" and Adam Sandler's "Pixels". Kelly has gotten awards for music education, producing, directing, and performing.
I asked how they deal with anxiousness/nervousness before they go on stage, and they provided good answers. They agreed that breathing exercises helped before going on stage, being well prepared beforehand, and having team work. The musicians didn't really offer advice, more like an insight into music; When they play their emotions get mixed in with what they play so it's like a release.
Stephen Carroll
How long have you been playing the guitar / do you still play the guitar?
What is it like having an important role in the industry?
What made you do music instead of going for anything else?

Originally part of the band "Painted Thin", then part of the Weakerthans after the former disbanded. President of Manitoba Music. He went to River Heights for Jr. High, then Kelvin French Immersion for Highschool. His band "Weakerthans" sold 500k+ records and toured Europe as well as most of Western Canada. He said that managing the business side of things is better due to being in control of it and being able to make sure its well organized so everybody can play (He managed the band and played in it at the same time).
