The name Iya Biquara stems from the indigenous Brazilian language, Tupi Guarani. Translated it means “Conscious Earth”, which originates from the ancient belief that our planet is a living, breathing, conscious organism.
Kombucha collection is a final year project footwear collection created using only sustainable and ethical materials that have little to no waste. The impermeable and biodegradable material can decompose within months in the right solution and without causing environmental harm.
