Openbank is Europe's largest online bank. I was assigned to this client as a technical writer, creating instructional and training materials for the CMS users. I ended up coordinating content migrations and post-deploy tasks. So this was not a creative experience but rather a management one. I was actually surprised at how much I enjoyed it.
