Every object is unique in its own way but there are observable traits that each object tends to share or have something in common. The word ‘addiction’ is certainly commonalities that link up all of my chosen objects in this project. Instead of being straight forward to audiences by using the word 'addiction' which has been overused in the society these days, I make audiences feel and experience the emotions behind my artwork. With that, I explored and created a series of images using the objects to represent the common types of addictions and giving it a visual language by exhibiting the symptoms without a tag line so as to allow the audiences have some space for their own interpretations as well as reflections.
