Magdalena Stengel photographs 100-year-olds, football fans, actors. The focus of her work is on the people Magdalena accompanies and portrays. No matter if it’s a shoot for magazines or in reportages. To give her an appropriate space for the presentation of her work, KoeperHerfurth designed a portfolio website as well as a compact corporate design.
With a strong typographical contrast and reduced to the use of black and white, an appearance is created that places Magdalena's photography in the centre of attention. At the same time, the design elements are independent enough to be recognizable even in isolation.As a functional element, the design quotes the "glue dot" from the photographic selection process. The black circle appears as a navigational and structuring element in various media.
In addition to the development of the website, business cards, letterhead and a series of postcards were created.
