This Instagram story was posted on 13 October 2019 by UNICEF. The story contains one very important priority of UNICEF: 'Children are entitled to an identity, an official record of who they are'. This is Article 8 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child: 'Children have the right to an identity – an official record of who they are. Governments should respect children's right to a name, a nationality and family ties'. 

The illustrations are blocky and childly which is an immediate reference to UNICEF. The UNICEF blue is predominantly present but is in high contrast with the secondary yellow color.
