Philadelphia Airport Rebrand

Design Challenge: Rebrand the Philadelphia airport to look more modern and interesting. This rebrand should apply to travelers of all ages, making the entire experience an enjoyable one for everyone involved.

Design Solution: The new airport logo is modern yet simple and has a cohesive color scheme. The logo is a type circle shape so that it would be easy to place on the many different types of signs seen throughout an airport. Although the word airport is smaller than the rest of the logo it is easy to tell that it is an airport logo at first glance. As well as the abbreviation for the Philadelphia Airport that shows up on the travelers boarding pass and luggage tags so it is easy for them to recognize. 
This interactive map allows travelers who have just landed in Philly to walk up and tap on each of the popular tourist locations. Giving them the name and address of the attraction and what they might find when they get there. The map is laid out in a geographically correct way so that the traveller could actually visit all of these places in the circle path that is presented to them on the map.
