The Seattle Sound
This illustrative poster was a submission for a uni assignment which prompted students to create a visual response to an article on a topic of interest from Wikipedia. For the project I decided to pick the grunge movement in the late 80’s and early 90’s as my topic. The outcome was heavily informed by an extensive research period before diving into the design. In this process, I dug into the history of grunge and by extension punk music as a cultural phenomenon.
