At the moment, the territory of Devolanovsky descent is in a destroyed state. We has developed a conceptual project on how to transform this territory from abandoned to a new point of attraction.
The idea of the project was to create a street that combines a large number of functions and in the future will become a new point of attraction that will allow you to disperse the points of attraction from the congested city center.
The street is divided into several functional zones that smoothly flow into one another and the street itself as a "promenade" between these zones.
By zones, there are 6 of them:
- new residential
includes a new residential building (since a residential area is actively developing there), the new residential development will be in accordance with all modern urban rules and laws.
- educational and sports
a new school for the district, sports and playgrounds, a modern library with free access, and HAB type coworking (also free access)
- commercial
hotels, hostels, restaurants, recreation areas
- cultural and leisure
"Under the bridge" park, recreational areas, creative space for creativity,
hostels and cafes.
We wanted to "mix" different types of activities as much as possible, which would greatly enliven the street.
We “mixed” commerce and free educational and entertainment functions as we believe that this technique will allow these two directions to curl together quite dynamically.
- municipal parking
will free Devolanovsky from parking and partially unload the city center.
- leisure area
It is located directly on the existing marina (a reference to the fact that the port should not be within the city limits).
An idea with barrier-free space (accessibility to Devolanovsky from three levels) is also actively developed, for example, from a street that is higher, you can get down if you go to the comfortable roof of the building and go down the building, elevators, and bridges connecting the buildings on the third floor.
