Client (University Project @ Politecnico di Milano - School of Design): Uffizi Gallery - one of the most visited museum of the world. Located in a 16th century building in Florence, it is famous for being the home of many masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance.

Brief: Improving the Uffizi Gallery website user experience making it easier for potential visitors to get the information they need and for the museum to show the importance of the art pieces it shows and preserves.

01 - Use Analysis
As a first step we defined five personas with their own behaviour and goals.
02 - Benchmark Analysis
Then we analyzed and compared four other museums and galleries websites trying to find the key areas where the Uffizi Gallery website could be improved.
