After doing research on current political posters and assessing my political views, I decided to design my own political poster on gun violence. More specifically I wanted the poster to communicate the danger of unsecured guns in homes with children. I chose to use the words of a statistic form the shape of a gun. To reinforce the idea of gun violence affecting children I superimposed a child like handprint against the gun.
