A 6 building light industrial condominium complex in the northwest valley. The facades offer a variety of textures and colors, giving rhythm and a sense of individual identity for tenants of the development. The project was built in 2 phases. Each building was conceived with the idea of "4-sided architecture", providing a pleasing look from all angles. Each tenant has access to private fenced in yards at the rear of each tenant space. Landscaped pathways provide pedestrian connections between a residential neighborhood, Deer Valley Road and the New River Recreational Trail. A landscaped area with tables was provided as a lunch break area. I participated in the master planning, design, construction documentation and permitting process.
