Culdesac
I had the chance of working with Culdesac in 2018 as the company just started. Culdesac is a technology-driven developer and property manager building car-free communities from scratch. The first project is a 400-person mixed-use neighborhood near downtown Phoenix. I was in charge of helping the company get off the ground and build their product and identity. For this I created an branding kit focusing on the 'neighborhood' theme with warm color and lots of white space.

Identity
I created a few presentation documents and other typical branded collaterals like posters, brochures and business cards. All are focusing on the philosophy behind the new development and not the buildings themselves. We intentionally tried to not feel like a traditional real estate company.
App
Culdesac is focusing on the lifestyle and resident experience. By bringing technology in the play via an app, Culdesac aims to create a convenient and human experience.
