This project is a reimagining of Björk's album Vulnicura's artwork in the context of Italian Futurism.
The product development of the LP cover & artwork was the last step in mapping the entire Art Movement of Futurism (Italian: Futurismo), which included works by Depero, Giacomo Balla, Antonio Sant'Elia and mapping the belief system as well as the numerous manifestos released by Marinetti. The movement believed in the ideals of action, youth, violence and innovation above everything else.

heavily borrowed from.
Björk's album, at the time of release, was the first foray into VR for a music album and also considered bitcoin payments for its purchases. This pioneering/innovative approach that is a legacy of Bjork was what made her album a perfect modem to recreate Futurism aesthetics in present day context.
The initial sketches used an octagonal format,
with a spring-click opening system.
The final redesign dropped the pop-up system, which was damaging to LPs.
