This piece was completed as a purely personal project to help me hone my illustration skills. The subject matter deals with the problems of communication and how difficult it is to accurately convey your thoughts.

I drew this piece as if it would accompany an article, weighting the composition to the lower-right so that the background could be extended as much as necessary to contain the text of the article.
