2020 U.S. CENSUS "THE WALK."

when culture one world approached me to spearhead the national hispanic campaign for the 2020 census, a thought instantly struck me: "this is more than a mere task or project; it's a distinctive mission."
i recognized it wasn't about crafting a piece to impress the one show's jury. from the onset, i understood it was about the people, my community, and the complex realities we navigate daily in the u.s.
this initial piece is a tribute to every one of them. to all of us.
KIDS

as a follow-up element of the campaign, we developed a piece featuring children - little ones delivering a mature, serious, and official message. our aim was for the voice of the future to resonate in the present, particularly as the census embodies the future.
