The site is spread over 3 Acre consisting of two separate residence
and a Leisure Area. The design brief was to create a resort like aura
while synchronizing the various functions that take place so that the
built form and landscape seems in perfect harmony.

The site is a 1400 sq. Yd east facing plot located in the south side of the city. The house is an exercise in all white vocabulary broken only by the blue colored pool and the green landscape both placed on the north side. This arrangement allows for two-fold benefit. First the side lawn and pool create a private open space that acts as an element of surprise for a visitor entering the house. Second it allows for a more transparent facade treatment that opens the house inside out, without any direct solar heat gain.

The planning of the interior spaces was done to keep the bedrooms private, placing each on a different level. The split-level design brings about an interesting mix of over-looking spaces that carry most of the common functions for various members to come together.
