"Sea the Turtles” is a concept for an interactive children’s book that a friend and I created for school. We wanted to engage and educate children across the globe about ocean pollution and the effect that pollution specifically has on sea turtles. 

     Filled with bright illustrations that showcase the beauty of the ocean, “Sea the Turtles” follows a young sea turtle from her birth on the beach to her search for her family in the big, wide ocean.  

     In addition to a moving and educating story, we created concepts for mini-games that would hold children’s attention. 1 of those mini-games has the readers clearing the beach of trash so CiCi can make her way ocean. Another had the reader navigating CiCi through the open ocean and dodging plastic bags and fishing nets.
