The Five Days Survival Guide serves not only as a helpful tool for those who suffer with anxiety or people who are trying to rediscover their voice, but it also serves as a beacon. When open, a symbol for help spreads across the cover, and whenever there are people reading it, those that need help can see that they are not alone.
