For the second piece in my concentration on travel, I drew the Taj Mahal on a 9x12 mixed medium paper. I used different mediums and techniques than I did in the first piece, which was much more straightforward than this one. I used the line drawing technique as a different approach to my version of the image. I also used watercolor paints to add color to the drawing which ended up looking much better than if I had not. Next time, I would like to use a lighter yellow for the Taj Mahal itself, as the yellow used ended up looking darker than initially intended.
