2020 Namsangol Traditional Experience
<Sensory Playground>
Namsangol Hanok Village (Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea)
Namsangol Hanok Village is located in the northeast of Namsan, South Korea.
There are 5 Hanoks that were traditional houses built during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910),
and were the homes of the Yangban (who were high class in Joseon Dynasty, like government officials, nobleman and scholars).
These hanoks that were left over in Seoul were moved and restored.
Namsangol Traditional Experience
Since 2018, Namsangol Hanok Village has held various experience events to realize the appearance of 'living Hanok Village'.
In 2020, with the theme of 'five senses', we conducted experiences to match the characteristics of each hanok and tried to connect the past and the present.
