After Rebecca researched Customer Relationship Management software systems, the Dr. Day Care team chose Intellikid Systems (IKS) to manage leads for our early learning centers. Rebecca worked with the IKS team to set up landing pages and webforms, setting up users, setting up Lead Management System actions, etc. After initial staff training, Rebecca created this instruction manual (with information from the online IKS help page). This document is used for in person trainings and to reinforce knowledge learned.
