6.Do not leave wrappers and poly bags in forest during trekking and activities.

8.Do study weather forecast. Avoid trekking during bad weather or adverse climatic situations.
9.Do not force your Camp leader to go,while planning your trekking trip, it is preferable to have a medical fitness check up.
10.Always wear proper trekking shoes while trekking. While trekking uncomfortable pair of shoes can badly hurt your feet and can result in serious foot injuries.
11.In case you feel uneasy ,breath problem during trekking, please inform your camp leader immediately. You may be suffering from dehydration or altitude sickness or some other problem.
