This is a hotsite that come before the official goverment site, just to follow the campain that was set. The briefing ask for animations and talk about using flash, but since ipads ans ituffs doesn't play it and we didn't want to use too, we search for html5 and css3. We have 10 days do developt it and get really satisfied with the result. But iin the end the client decide to chande the initial image and you can check the final result in this link:
