After a brief by the client on the need to launch a stand-alone healthy food outlet, I created this initial mood-board for a first design meeting with the business owners. They were looking for a fresh and clean design, using natural materials and healthy ingredients as inspiration.
The first round of external designs explored a range of options for us to get a better feel for what it was that the client was looking for.
Moving into the next round of external designs, we continued the focus on the more vibrant green tropical leaf printed design, deciding that in an event-based environment this would stand out the most. We mixed this with the grey slate stone texture to continue the use of the natural inspiration throughout.
In the final round of external designs, we had moved on to adding additional text to the header and playing around with the positioning of the main logo. The client was keen to see the design using the stone texture and also white background as they were concerned for the final print and wrapping of the outlet.
After deciding on the final designs with the business owners, it was time to send all creative over to the wrapping business to get the trailer branded up and ready for its first outing. Menus were also drafted and created supported by the business owners.
