I was told of a company that had multiple persons start the project that were unable to finish it. I was contacted by an employee of the company to have a meeting with the head of the company. I did, discussed my approach to the challenges that they face and I was given the go ahead. The first phase of the project is completed: the site was redesigned and given a Content Management System (CMS). The client is happy.
