NOTE: being as close (physically, in the office) as I was to the Customer Service area as I was in those early days I was able to overhear the customer issues they handled. I suggested that Customer Service have input into the user manuals as we could cut off a lot of frustration for parents if our instructions were more illustrative. And so we did!
