The focus of this program booklet is synthesis - the coming together of two entities to create something new. Both the format and text are set at an angle and, when folded, the contrasting fire and water colors of orange and indigo weave back and forth to come together in synthesis. Type is set in Gill Sans at varying weights to create hierarchy within the body. The type, color, shape and the interaction of these components serve to create imagery within the piece.
