We worked with Refresco, a bottling company to suggest recommendations to optimize the performance of their bottling lines. Through data analysis and use of Lean/Six Sigma approaches we suggested measures to improve the performance of the plant. These details cannot be revealed on this behance site due to NDA constraints.
