The Enchanted Teapot

With the rough and uneven surface, the enchanted teapot stood out amongst teapots that were lined orderly on the display shelf in a quaint café. Emil was mesmerized. He has an obsession with tea and he knew this teapot was more than ordinary. Unlike most of the teapots, this particular teapot came with no handle. It was odd that the owner would even consider putting something like that on display. It was anything but pretty. Nonetheless, Emil took an instant liking to it, so much so that he paid a few thousand dollars just so he could have it in his own possession.

“It’s a magical teapot you know.”, the guy who sold him the teapot whispered in his ears. He then thrust a couple of bags in his direction and instructed him to open it only when he had gotten home.

“Top secret!”, he would go on to say.

Emil was thrilled. He was excited to see what this teapot could do and wondered if it would be of any benefit to him. He lives miles away from the café and clearly did not have the patience to wait till he gets home. He sprinted as fast as he could to the nearest back alley and tore the bags apart. Couple of Energizer teabags fell out – a brand that he had never seen or heard of before.

“Tea That Gives You No Sleep”, states the description. He was baffled.

“How in the world is that even possible!”, he thought.

Along with it came an old and stained piece of paper. It contained the recipe to a Graphic Designer Potion and these teabags were part of the ingredients. Everything that was needed was found in the bag. Bottles with jagged openings of creativity, randomness and curiosity, somewhat resembling sugar, all neatly labeled.

Emil was puzzled. He stood there with much contemplation, not entirely sure if it was a hoax. He then remembered the magical teapot that he had bought and finally understood the power it held. It was indeed magical. He could finally be someone he wanted to be for years now.
