Change of Light Outside

This photo was taken at night with a flash. My favorite part of this photo is how the water is captured. The water creates movement within the photo.
This might be my favorite photo out of this collection. I love how the light shines on the top of the leaf while the bottom half of the leaf shows a shadow.
This photo is showing the reflection of an electric wire post. I took this on a very sunny day in the afternoon and found many shadows of everyday objects on the grass. After the snow melted, cigarettes around my apartment complex seemed to appear which made an interesting compliment to the shadow.
The way the light reflects on the abandoned trash can, in the woods, creates a highlight which becomes the focal point. The highlight brings out the light shining on the broken down tree branches.
I captured this photo in the early afternoon and set the table in a certain place in order to create the shadow. I think that the design of the table casts a very interesting and unique shadow.
I took this photo of the tree to show what it looks like at night. I later took a photo of it during the day to compare how the lighting changes on the same subject.
The way the dew is captured so clearly on the Pepsi can makes me feel like the can is not trash left on the street drain. The bright blue stands out against the natural colors and draws attention.
This photo was also taken at night. It turned out blurry unintentionally, but I think it causes focus on the patterns of the stones.
The focus on the leaf was captured very clearly. This was taken close up in one of the cracks of the stones from the previous picture.
This photo is interesting because there is not way of telling how far the branches go. The yellow ball in the center adds a wandering on why and what it is doing there.
The two lights in this photo remind me of Star Wars when Luke looks out into the distance. It adds an interesting twist to the original photo i was trying to take.
The Pepsi can is now photographed in day light. It is not as interesting without the dew. This subject now just seems to be another piece of trash left in the road side.
This is the day light version of the first photo shown. The details of the stone stand out more than the previous.
This photo shows the same tree from earlier, but in the cloudy day light. I like how the left of the sky is gray and slowly becomes more blue to the right.
My favorite thing about this photo is the shadows within the cone. I also like how the light shines on the top creating highlights.
This photo is very balanced by the space and distance of the dandelions. The bright yellow of the petals also stand out from all the green plants.
This yellow ball was seen earlier, but now it is close up. The yellow tones in the grass match the ball and balance the color out.
This photo focuses on the the leaf. The rest of the photo shows depth while showing a slight focus on the closest twig.
This photo's lighting is diffused and even. I like this photo because it has a lot going on compared to my other photos.
This photo was experimental. It is a photo of the water down the street drain. I like how the reflection of light deep in the drain is seen while the bars of the drain are blurred.
