This Cinema 4D scene file is based on a tutorial called Brush In The Air. I have made this setup just like a preset, so that every body can use it.

This scene file is Cinema 4D R21 based fully rigged and editable. Just download the scene file, open it and drag & drop your spline object in the spline field. You do not need add any key frame.
