Creating the first
Google News Initiative
Design Accelerator
Website
Working closely with the Google News Initiative leadership team, the Design Accelerator program makes innovation more accessible to media companies.

Video Intro
As a Human-Centred and Visual Designer, I've worked on the first Google News Initiative Design Accelerator program in Asia Pacific to accelerate innovation through learning experiences and projects using design thinking.
Besides running Design Thinking workshops, and working strategically on a variety of Design Sprints, I had the opportunity to craft the programs' website. Instead of creating a report for the program, we decided to make our learnings publicly available through the web page so that other media companies could have access to it.
Check the video with an overview of the program.
Beyond design
The design of the website has been only one small part of the initiative. The program required the collective work and dedication of many people, in different roles, across multiple orgs. They all deserve huge credit for making the program happen.
