This was a personal project that started as a farewell gift to thank a mentor for helping me to grow as an individual and encouraging me to start a new life journey in the fitness industry. Her motto of "Joy and Gratitude" served as my inspiration for the artwork, featuring those two words in more than 20 different languages. No matter where she went in the world, she was meant to spread Joy and Gratitude to those around her.

I have adopted her motto in my side career as a group fitness instructor as a phrase to unite and inspire participants. This print has become my personalized farewell gift to class members when they move as a remember of their fitness family. For me, it serves as a tie between my passions for both design and fitness.
