Walnut Realty wanted to update their look for a more upscale clientele in the expensive Boulder housing market. The challenge was to maintain their existing brand, which had an older feel to it, and make it work in a set of new marketing pieces that feel slightly more clean and modern. This mockup shows their existing business card in a newly designed folder with matching inserts that highlight the attractive features of the Boulder market.
