This work is an interpretation of Medusa of Caravaggio and a tribute to this painter. I love his art, the chiaroscuro technique, I love the story of this painter, the charisma of each of his paintings and as a 3d artist I wanted to create a tribute, reinterpreted by myself , with the codes of 3d. in this interpretation, I wanted Medusa to be killed by his own weapon: snakes or his hair. The head is trampled and the snakes are winners because they are the only survivors. the lights have been reinterpreted, even I try to keep the same directions on certain shadows, I played a lot on the rim light to have all the specular reflections on the snakes, as in the original painting.
