'Angst' is the German word for existential anxiety, worry, fear. Recently I was asked to describe something (an object or a feeling) in a visual way in a one minute length video. The result is my attempt to show the sense of heaviness that lies hidden in our souls and sometimes surfaces, seeming impossible to fight.

But in the end, we just need to remember to breath, and light will come back again.
