The Men of Dadri
This particular album consists portraits of different men from the village of Dadri. Almost all women in the region don't want to be photographed by a stranger. I could however get permission to photograph one woman during my second interaction with her.
It's a wonderful experience to get out on the streets and interact with these people and listen to their stories. There were couple of instances where I was invited to their homes and was offered tea and sweets too.
Hakim Chacha's Open Air Salon.
Hakim has been doing this since late 1970s at this very spot.
