Our goal is to develop a new traveler experience for the FLEET concept. This means envisioning the future context of baggage handling at the airport, seen through the eyes of a traveler. After future analysis, we'll identify new service opportunities provided by FLEET for a time frame of 2 – 5 years.

In order to improve the air travel experience and satisfy passengers’ needs, we came up with a concept that by prototyping the future airport environment today, we enable travelers to enjoy their trip more. With this concept,  Vanderlande could better prepare themselves for the future. It creates a new income stream and strengthens  their relationship with customers.
