Since the beginning of time, man has tried to change and develop for the sole purpose of achieving happiness. The Ministry of Happiness was created to impose a positive change to the residents of the UAE, in the aim of achieving a functional and happier society. However, the ministry does not have a brand of its own and so this project is about creating the identity of the ministry, to be recognized and appreciated by the society.
