There are a variety of stressors in modern society, and many of us experience them every day. I used to get stressed a lot, so I wanted to understand the stressors better and manage them. Stress management starts with identifying the sources of the stress; I collected the situations that I experienced and sorted them into six big categories. This diagram identifies and visualizes the stressors in my daily life. It illustrates various personal worries, and each dot represents a separate portion corresponding to each category.
