Background Information
Create an app that can help to solve a problem for users by incorporating data from data.gov.sg or smartnation.gov.sg in some way. The data focusses on different focus areas in Singapore (e.g Transport, Health, Education etc.)

Healthier Eateries - tells you where all the healthier places to eat are in Singapore
Healthier Choice Symbol Product List - lists down all the healthier versions of the common food that we consume
My Idea
An app with
- GPS locator to find the healthiest eateries near the user’s location
- Filtering options for a particular food (e.g rice) in which the system will respond with the healthiest version of
Purpose of Design
Providing a way in which users who wish to try a more healthy lifestyle can seek out the healthier eateries nearby them as well as find better and healthier versions of the food items that they love before they go to purchase them
Scenario 1
Jackson’s recent trips to the clinic have left him worried about his health. He downloads HealthGo, being that it was lunchtime and the app stated that it could help to find the healthiest eateries around him. He is recommended Heavenly Wang at East Coast Road, said to be specifically under the HPB Healthier Dining Programme. He proceeds there and has a scrumptious meal that he wouldn’t have imagined was actually healthier than what he would usually have at his work canteen. He decides to continue with the app in the future.
Scenario 2
Hua Lim, at the age of 63, enjoys going to the supermarket to stock up on her groceries. However, her family members worry that the products she buy are not on the healthy side and may consequently affect her health. Her granddaughter downloads the HealthGo app for her and teaches her how to search for the best alternatives for her favourite foods. She lists down the items that interests her and finds them at the supermarkets. She now finds that she has more energy and does not feel so heaty after having her snacks.

User can choose to log in or sign up. Once they have signed up, their account will be automatically saved for ease of entry.
User can check out 'Latest News' Feature which updates with the latest news regarding health, gym, recipes daily
Healthy Eateries Feature
User can choose a location in Singapore and the feature will direct them to the list of the nearest healthy eateries/ restaurants
Product Matching Feature
User can either upload a picture of their desired product, or type in what they would like. The feature will direct them to a list of healthier alternatives that they can choose from instead.
