Sea of Thieves | 2015 0 2017

I lead the UI efforts for this great, challenging project. Primary responsibilities were:
- Guide the UI Art to create a style for the UI that was unique to the game, and complementing the heavily stylized art direction, without coming at odds with player immersion.
- Work with the Design team to turn prototype-level intentions into action-centric, accessible Menus.
- Identify the right typefaces to carry the game for years of continuous delivery. 
- Find ways to take advantage of the experimental HTML-based UI solution.

This was one of the best game dev experiences I've had, and the resulting UI was only possible due to the collaborative effort between many talented colleagues.
