Game Changers, GWCCA’s 2019 annual report, details the Authority’s year-end financial results and highlights the strategies, accomplishments, projects, and most importantly, the team that is changing the game when it comes to convention, sports, and entertainment experiences. View full report here

While the pinnacle of 2019 was the tremendous success of Super Bowl LIII, our 40-page annual report also features stories and imagery regarding the Authority’s game-changing exhibit hall expansion and in-the-works Signia by Hilton headquarter hotel; our varied CSR programs and leadership diversity; how we use technology to enhance customer service; and how we’re building a culture of employee engagement.
This is the second year we’ve produced our annual report completely in-house and the end result showcases the talents and strengths of our small, but nimble Marketing Communication team. Over several months, we utilized Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop. The seamless integration of the Adobe tools allowed for the creativity to flow and for the Authority story to take shape.
